48+ Hours in Advance
No penalty. Full refund of any deposits or payments made.
Within 48 Hours
10% cancellation fee or loss of deposit, whichever applies.
Important Notes:
- • Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total appointment value
- • If a deposit was paid, it may be forfeited instead of charging a separate fee
- • Emergency cancellations due to weather or safety concerns are handled case-by-case
- • Written confirmation of cancellation will be provided via email

$50 reappointment fee applies to cover scheduling costs.
Rescheduling Process:
- • Contact us as soon as possible to discuss new dates
- • We'll work with you to find the next available appointment
- • Rescheduling fees are due before the new appointment is confirmed
- • Multiple reschedules may incur additional fees

Weather-Related
Severe weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety. These changes are made at no charge to the customer.
Emergency Situations
Medical emergencies or family emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis with consideration for waiving fees.
